Two addresses; the right one gets a faster answer.

abuse@crazymailing.com if one of our addresses or domains has been used against you or anyone else.

hello@crazymailing.com for everything else: a broken domain, a bug, a factual error in an article, advertising, press.

Reporting abuse

Send the full message with its complete headers, pasted as text. A screenshot shows the part that was easiest to forge; the headers carry the delivery path, which is what we can act on. If you have never looked at them, the walkthrough here takes a few minutes.

Addresses here receive only and cannot send, so mail appearing to come from one of our domains was forged elsewhere and the headers usually show where. Mail sent to one of our addresses we can act on, by blocking a sender and, if a pattern shows up, by retiring the domain early.

A domain that stopped working

Tell us which domain you used and which site rejected it. A rejection almost always means the domain has reached a blocklist, which we cannot reverse, but it tells us the domain is spent and moves its retirement forward. Meanwhile, pick a different one from the home page.

A bug or a mistake on a page

Say what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and which browser. For a factual error in a guide, quote the sentence and we will check it against the running system.

What we cannot do

Restore a deleted message or mailbox. There is no archive and no backup, so nothing exists to recover from, whoever is asking.

Tell you who used an address. We do not store IP addresses and keep no access logs, so there is nothing to hand over. We also will not open a mailbox that is not yours, including one belonging to someone who wronged you.

Get a domain off somebody else's blocklist. Those lists belong to other organisations, and removal requests from a disposable mail service go nowhere, for reasons that are not hard to guess.

Make a website accept a throwaway address. That is the site's decision.

How fast we reply

A person reads every message. Abuse reports come first, usually the same day; everything else takes a few working days. Nothing here sends an automatic acknowledgement, so if a week passes in silence, assume the message went astray and send it again.
